My husband and I would like some more recent feedback on living in north and east richmond. The price of housing is so much cheaper than anywhere else that is as close to SF. North & East also has a Neighborhood Council, there are many in Richmond. Would I live in a city like Albany with better schools, and nice downtown etc if I had the money?
